Movie Description
In 1964, three civil rights workers were murdered by the Ku Klux Klan. The crime lit up headlines and became a rallying cry for social justice. MURDER IN MISSISSIPPI recounts the last week in the lives of the victims, played by Tom Hulce (AMADEUS), Blair Underwood (L.A. LAW), and Josh Charles (DEAD POET'S SOCIETY). This searing true story later formed the basis for the 1988 film MISSISSIPPI BURNING.
