Movie Description
Based on the true story of 15-year old Billy Isaacs who goes on the run with his brothers after they go over a Maryland prison wall. Before he knows it, they're out of money, out of control, and out for blood. Their 13 day rampage over 12 states escalated from robbery to murder to a massacre.
