Movie Description The true story of an unemployed longshoreman who stumbles upon $1.2 million and finds nothing but trouble. Through indiscriminate spending he gets the cops on his trail and makes things worse by asking the Mob to help him launder it.
Synopsis A tidy sum of $1.2 million dollars literally falls into the lap of unemployed longshoreman Joey Coyle. Confronted with the reality of having his hands on unmarked, untraceable cash, Joey finds it difficult to figure out what to do. And his family is offering sound advice like "return it." So naturally Joey decides that he needs to launder the money with the local mob. But that's where his troubles start, as Detective Laurenti gets wind of Joey and his dough....
