Movie Description A powerful dramatization of a World War II incident in which Italian partisans attacked a German police patrol. A German colonel ordered the death of ten Italians for every German killed.
Synopsis Adapted from Robert Katz's book, "Death in Rome," this chilling tale is based on a true story that took place when the Germans occupied Italy during World War II. After the Resistance attacked a squad of German storm troopers, the Nazis retaliated by cold-bloodedly murdering 300 innocent civilian hostages in the Ardentine Hills outside Rome.
