Synopsis
Sequel to 1988's "Maniac Cop." Matt Cordell was a policeman wrongly sent to prison, where he was murdered. Three years later, Cordell is resurrected, and his demented and deformed figure patrols the streets of New York. But there's one catch: he's savagely helping the criminals instead of the victims! More violent mayhem ensues when Cordell teams up with a talkative serial killer...
