Synopsis
A young woman named Rune works in a video store in Greenwich Village. When a customer is murdered and the police don't seem to be solving the crime, Rune does some investigating, and finds that the murder plot is eerily similar to the plot of the victim's favorite film--the eponymous MANHATTAN IS MY BEAT--even including a suitcase filled with a million dollars.
