Movie Description When a hitman's mob boss orders him to put a hit on the boss's own wife, the killer faces a no-win proposition--the mob controls him but the target is his lover. Things get worse when his lover asks him to kill her innocent twin sister in her place. Can a killer have a conscience? Based on Hugh C. Rae's novel "The Shroud Society."
Synopsis A hit man gets into a load of trouble after he receives his latest assignment: he must kill his own girlfriend.
Gangster chief Jack Rushton asks assassin John Hardin to murder Rena so she won't give police a computer disc that's packed with incriminating information about his crime operation. Although Hardin likes his female companion (who also happens to be Jack's ex), he is perfectly willing to follow the orders.
However, the scheming Rena comes up with an ingenious plan to fool Rushton: she convinces John to kill her twin sister, Kathy, instead. A big problem arises when Hardin falls in love with Kathy and changes his mind.
Can the hit man come up with a way to make his mob bosses happy or will they try to rub him out as well?
