Movie Description

Synopsis
When a successful fashion photographer discovers a fresh new face, he quickly turns her into the hottest commodity in the industry. Overwhelmed by her rapid rise to the top, the young woman finds that money and fame aren't always the keys to personal happiness. But her love affair with a dashing political aspirant points to a way out of the superficial merry-go-round.
Film Notes
Tony Richardson directed the project until being relieved of his duties by Berry Gordy, who finished the film himself and signed his name to it.
