Synopsis
A fisherman is bound, tortured and set ablaze aboard his boat on the Puget Sound. Seattle police detective J. P. Beaumont and his new partner Sue Danielson find the victim's widow, Else Didriksen, desperately trapped in a web of treachery with its roots reaching back to a time of unrelenting terror decades earlier.
