Movie Description
LOCAL BOYS focuses on two southern California brothers--12-year-old Skeet (Jeremy Sumpter) and his older surfer sibling, Randy (Eric Christian Olsen). When Randy gives his little brother a surf board for his birthday, Skeet sets out to learn the ropes of surfing. But when Skeet finds a father figure in surf legend Jim Wesley (Mark Harmon), and Randy pursues a romantic relationship, the relationship between the brothers is strained. Can surfing bring them back together?
