Blue Collar Comedy Tour alum Larry the Cable Guy brings his laughably low-brow shtick to the stage in this Comedy Central special. Though the Nebraska native made Forbes Magazine's "Celebrity 100," Larry hasn't let fame go to his head. Instead, he's still the same ol' country boy, and MORNING CONSTITUTIONS proves he'll never change. From buying condoms to topless fans at a Van Halen concert, Larry lets loose his observations on the most important things in life--or at least those that make it worth living.
