Synopsis
The Gershwins, Kern, Hammerstein... "Lady Be Good" features some of the most wonderful tunes composed by America's best-known songsmiths.
A husband-and-wife songwriting team can write beautiful music together -- but their personal relationship isn't so harmonious. They divorce and remarry, and almost divorce again; will the two ever manage to live with -- or without -- each other?

An adaptation of a 1924 Broadway play; the story was entirely rewritten for this version. Fred Astaire and his sister Adele starred in the stage version.
