From the man who penned LONESOME DOVE, that classic Western epic, JOHNSON COUNTY WAR tells the tale of 3 brothers who become outlaws. The ruggedly handsome Hammett men, played by acclaimed actors Burt Reynolds (BOOGIE NIGHTS), Tom Berenger (THE SUBSTITUTE), and Luke Perry (TV's BEVERLY HILLS 90210), are upstanding cattle farmers in the Old West. When a big, corrupt company of ranchers tries to run the brothers off their land, an all-out battle on the range erupts, and the boys--who are also fighting over the same beautiful woman--must fight back together.
