Condition: Good
Seller's Comments: Book is in good condition. There are some water stains throughout the book from when it was left in the car but none of the pages are sticking together and everything is still readable. Cover is also in tact with the corners curled up less than 1/2 an inch on the front. Rip near binding 1 and 1/2 inches long.
