Movie Description A touching and thoughtful coming-of-age, JACK portrays a pubescent kid dealing with complex family dynamics. In the throes of coming to terms with his own burgeoning heterosexuality, Jack (Anton Yelchin) must deal with his father's recently declared homosexuality. Jack's father Paul (Ron Silver) divorces Anne (Stockard Channing) and announces his relationship with a man. His foundation rocked, Jack seeks comfort in his friends' families and discovers there may be no such thing as a perfect marriage. Directed by TV writer/director Lee Rose (THE TRUTH ABOUT JANE and UNEXPECTED LOVE), JACK shows the baffling intricacy of mature relationships through a young person's impressionable eyes.
