"Ice Pirates" are daring buccaneers of the future who hijack the most precious cargo in the galaxy - water in the form of ice. This imaginative film effectively combines comedy with science fiction.
Synopsis
Instead of sailing the high seas these buccaneers roam the outer reaches of space. In the course of their swashbuckling adventures they befriend a princess whose father has disappeared in distant galaxy. The pirates help the girl find her father and turn their thieving to good end by stealing water to supply a thirsty planet.
