Movie Description When conventional psychology cannot help an architect's daughter who may be sinking into autism she embarks on a journey inside her daughter's mind to rescue her.
Synopsis After her husband's deadly accident on an archeological site in Mexico leaves Ruth Matthews a widow, she has to face an additional problem: her 6-year-old daughter refuses to speak. Instead, little Sally communicates in intense shrieks when something bothers her and spends her time building an elaboration tower out of playing cards in the middle of her room. Psychiatrist Jake Beerlander believes that Sally is suffering from autism, but Ruth refuses to accept his diagnosis -- until she's finally forced to admit that something very serious is wrong... and she'd better do something before it's too late.
