Movie Description
This epilogue film serves as a final coda to the television series HOMICIDE: LIFE ON THE STREET. Homicide Lieutenant Al Giardello is running for mayor on a controversial platform that calls for the advocacy of drugs. However, after Giardello is gunned down during a speech, the detectives in his homicide unit rally to find the culprit.
