Album Notes
The quirky sci-fi TV series HEROES is full of rich characters, and its soundtrack is accordingly filled with memorable musical personalities. Prince's old bandmates Wendy & Lisa's instrumental pieces provide atmospheric interludes between tracks by the hottest contemporary artists (Panic at the Disco, Death Cab For Cutie) and some old masters (David Bowie, Bob Dylan). The album also provides the opportunity for some interesting collaborations, like the Chemical Brothers' team-up with Spank Rock on "Keeping My Composure," and Brighton Port Authority (Fatboy Slim and David Byrne) with Iggy Pop on "He's Frank."
