Movie Description Another scathing, hilarious diatribe delivered by one of punk rock's most outspoken, prolific, and diverse mouthpieces, SHOCK & AWE takes Rollins' opposition to George W. Bush's war in Iraq as its jumping-off point. Drawing upon his experiences travelling in Afghanistan and Iraq under the auspices of the United Service Organization, Rollins puts the current regime, and the international consequences of its actions, under the microscope. He then turns the lens on himself, examining his own life with insight, and culling material from an eclectic career that has included music, poetry writing and journalism, acting, radio appearances, and even a stint as an MTV VJ. He also explores his unsuccessful quest for love in a funny and illuminating way.
