Movie Description
A quirky sitcom that ran from 1992 to 1995, HEARTS AFIRE centers on married couple Georgie Ann and John Hartman (Markie Post and the always-endearing John Ritter). In the show's third season, all of which is collected here, the couple has left politics and city life behind to move to an offbeat small town, where they take over the defunct local paper. Much of the show's spark comes from their interaction with the dynamic supporting cast, which includes Billy Bob Thornton, Conchata Ferrell, and Leslie Jordan.
