Synopsis
The blend of high fantasy and amusing banter that David Eddings perfected in his popular series the Belgariad continues in a five-volume sequel series, the Malloreon. In the Belgariad, Garion, a budding sorcerer, fulfilled a prophecy by reclaiming the throne of Riva, assuming the title of Overlord of the West, and slaying the evil god Torak.
