Movie Description
NIGHT OWL: A man's (John Leguizamo) search for his missing sister in the scabby, arty clubs of New York's East Village in the early 1990s puts him on the trail of a particularly vicious vampire (James Rafferty), who makes a habit of biting the necks of goth girls, only to butcher them up and consume them later. Jeffrey Arsenault's art-house take on the vampire talk is highlighted by some lovely, high-contrast black-and-white cinematography.
SUDDEN FURY: Small-time crime boss Randall (David Warbeck, THE BEYOND), hires a notorious hitman to take out his competition. But when he betrays the hitman, he and his men find themselves on the wrong end of an assortment of deadly weapons. This extremely violent British crime thriller is the directorial debut of Darren Ward.
