Movie Description
Robby Benson and Herschel Bernardi are the voices. Armed only with a sling and his faith, David defends the kingdom of Israel against the mighty Philistine warrior Goliath.
Synopsis
This animated video brings to life the Biblical tale of David and Goliath... or more accurately, David vs. Goliath. When the combative Philistines arrive in Israel, their muscle-bound, gigantic soldier Goliath offers to fight one-on-one with an Israelite. If he wins, the Israelites must become the slaves of the Philistines, and vice versa. Eventually, the youthful and physically slight David gathers the courage to take on Goliath, with only a slingshot -- and the power of God -- as his weapons...
