Movie Description
Henry Brilliant is a young inept private eye who has been hired to protect the stepdaughter of a beautiful and wealthy woman. Soon the stepdaughter become the target of a kidnapping plot, in which her enemies seek to seize the young girl and hold her for ransom for the secret her father holds to controlling the weather.
