Movie Description
With the encouragement of her boyfriend, a conservative young woman is transformed into a jumping "dance machine." Standing in her way are a number of obstacles, including the nuns at her Catholic high school, her "General Patton" father, and a selfish classmate. This 1980s teen comedy features early appearances from such future stars as Helen Hunt, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Shannen Doherty.
