FROM THE HEART is a compilation that spans the years 1986-1996, effectively covering Babyface's astonishing hit-making tenure at Sony/BMG, a period during which Babyface became a ubiquitous figure on the musical landscape, writing songs for the likes of Mariah Carey, Madonna, and even Eric Clapton.
