The SILVER SCREEN, STERLING HITS collection pays tribute to the legendary Frank Sinatra with a DVD/CD package of material from the actor/singer's 1940s and '50s heyday. The DVD portion presents three of Ol' Blue Eyes' greatest films: 'TILL THE CLOUDS ROLL BY (1946), an epic musical about the life and times of composer Jerome Kern; SUDDENLY (1954), a tense thriller about a psychopathic triggerman hired to assassinate the president; and THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN ARM (1955), a powerful character study of drug addiction based on a novel by Nelson Algren. The CD portion presents 11 classic Sinatra tunes sung in the Chairman's inimitable style, including "Day by Day," "Embraceable You," and "Someone to Watch Over Me."
