Movie Description
The Wu Tang Clan presents this HK kung fu film, part of their series which also includes SHAOLIN CHASTITY KUNG FU, ENTER THE INVINCIBLE HERO, 18 FATAL STRIKES, and SLEEPING FIST. The clan provides a special introduction for the film, explaining both what makes the film such a classic and the influence it has had on them. In it, Jet Li stars as Chen Jan, a member of the Ching Wu who roams the Chinese countryside teaching martial arts. However, he finds himself at odds with the Manchu dynasty after he is contacted by Dr. Sun Yat Sen, who wants Chen to help him escape from Hong Kong into China. As Chen plans this escape, he is challenged by a Russian fighter whose skills rival Chen's and could possibly jeopardize the Dr. Sun Yat Sen's escape.
