This extremely informative documentary assembles a formidable array of experts on the current state of agribusiness, as well as amusing and frightening archival footage, to paint a picture of how we eat today. Including information about revolutions both Green and Biotech, the program answers many questions posed by the changing methods of food production and consumption. Interviewees include Marc Lappé and Britt Bailey from the Center for Ethics and Toxics, Ignacio Chapela from UC Berkeley's Department of Environmental Science, and organic farmers from the Bay Area.
