Movie Description
An undercover cop in Hong Kong busts a brutal drug ring and escorts the leader back to the Philippines for prosecution. The deal goes awry when the drug dealer escapes and joins forces with a local crime boss. Now the officers from Hong Kong must deal not only with the corrupt law enforcement office in Manila but also match wits with a master criminal on his own turf.
Synopsis
Racing back and forth between Hong Kong and the Philippines could be a "Fatal Chase" for someone.
Nonconformist investigator Dragon locates Dion, a sniveling drug pusher. With a political official named Cynthia, Dragon transports Dion from Hong Kong back to the Philippines to stand trial.
No sooner do they land before Tiger, Dion's employer, helps Dion flee -- leaving Dragon and Cynthia to rely on the graft-greased Manila P.D. for assistance. One local cop, Philip, agrees to aid them, albeit under protest.
As their hunt turns bloody, Dragon and Philip realize that the only ones they can trust are each other.
