Movie Description
A young white cop finds himself assigned to a tough downtown Philadelphia precinct and a new partner. The two are as different as night and day. But the murder of the reassigned cop's former partner unites the pair to a degree they never thought possible.
Synopsis
A wet-behind-the-ears policeman is transferred out of his safe suburban haven into the rough streets of the big city. His new partner, a streetwise and seasoned cop, reluctantly takes on the difficult task of teaching him the ropes.
