Movie Description They're twin brothers on their own. Eugene is a medical student who when he becomes involved with a student he tutors, fluctuates in his desire to care for his brother, left retarded by a childhood accident. But there's something in their past that could change both men's situations.
Synopsis Two brothers, one a medical student and the other a garbage man, are each other's only family. They are devoted to one another. The slightly brain-damaged Dominick has supported his brother through school, but when Eugene is offered a scholarship to Stanford he has to leave Dominick behind. While Eugene comes to terms with his guilt and his need to follow his own dream, Dominick who is often the target of bullies and criminals learns to embrace independence.
