Movie Description
A corrupt cop serves up his own judgement calls on numerous people in this "fact or fiction" shockumentary. He mutilates rapists, destroys drunk drivers, takes advantage and schemes to get his way with prostitutes, and even robs a drug dealer of his drugs. The cameraman filming all of these twisted acts of crime is obviously and shockingly in no way a help to any of the victims. Sex and violence are the theme for this crooked "true crime" video.
