Movie Description
A detective and master of martial arts poses as an inmate in a penitentiary to find out who is behind a series of brutal cell block murders. If his cover is blown, the "Sandman" will be out to put him to sleep...permanently.
Synopsis
Prisoners in a Canadian jail are dropping like flies, and an undercover Canadian mountie is sent into the prison to find the cause. Alone and unarmed, he kickboxes his enemies and ferrets out the killer.
