Movie Description
While investigating some frightening crimes that lead a pharmaceutical company, officers Roger Mortis (Treat Williams) and his partner Doug Bigelow (Joe Piscopo) pay a visit to Dante Laboratories. What they find shocks them and changes the course of their lives -- a high-tech "resurrection room" that has been churning out a weird band of recycled and indestructible criminals, and which eventually transforms Mortis into the undead!
Synopsis
His partner and best friend has been killed by criminal zombies that cannot be stopped. What is cop to do to protect the city and bring down dead bad guys? Officer Bigelow has his partner re-incarnated and together they take out the undead and the evil scientist who created them.
