Synopsis
This thriller by the popular author of the J. P. Beaumont series and the Joanna Brady series is the third to take place on the Tohono O'odham reservation in Arizona. Retired Pima County sheriff Brandon Walker is feeling lost and purposeless. Salvation comes to him in an invitation to join Last Chance, a group of retirees like himself who are dedicated to solving cold cases. His first case involves tracking down the culprit who killed and mutilated a Native American teenage girl 30 years ago, a murderer (or is it murderers?) who has not remained idle in the intervening years....
