Movie Description As Darkman continues his search for the formula for synthetic skin, his nemesis awakens from a lengthy coma to retake his place in the criminal underworld. Fate and a strategic piece of property pit them against one another in a climactic battle.
Synopsis To the chagrin of Dr. Peyton Westlake (a.k.a. Darkman), evil gang leader Robert G. Durant survived his fall from a helicopter, and lives to wreak havoc on the world. Durant's latest plot is to find a laboratory where he can construct a secret super-weapon. He discovers an old factory, but when he offers a million dollars for the warehouse, the owner, Dr. David Brinkman, turns him down cold. It so happens that in that very warehouse, Westlake and Brinkman have teamed up to study synthetic skin -- skin that may mend Westlake's mutilated face. Westlake's experiments come to a violent end, however, when Durant -- angry at Brinkman's refusal -- proceeds to demolish their laboratory and brutally murder Brinkman. In order to revenge the death of his peer, as well as his dashed dreams of recovery, Westlake dons the mask of Darkman and comes face-to-face with Durant for a final battle -- a battle that only one man can win.
