Synopsis
This remake of the cult daytime drama "Dark Shadows" aired in prime-time to critical acclaim and the delight of the show's loyal fans.
The story revolves around the wealthy Collins family and their dark secret - that the melancholy Barnabas Collins is a 200-year-old vampire. When Barnabas is accidentally released from his chained-up coffin, he unleashes a world of mystery and intrigue around the family manor and the town of Collinsport.
In Episode 3, Barnabas sees Victoria Winters, the Collin's governess, and is reminded of his 18th century love. He becomes consumed with her, and his hopes of being human again.
