Movie Description
When a city decides to make a group of ex-convicts into police officers, they don't take any chances on the men changing their minds. To keep them compliant, the men must wear special collars that will explode if they don't do their civic duty! In this edition, one of the cops, Goggles, runs an investigation that forces him to choose between his forced duty as an officer of the law and the freedom of his ex-partner in crime. Will he take a chance on escaping his servitude to return to the criminal world?
Synopsis
In this second episode of the thrilling animated series "Cyber City Odeo 808," a member of the Cyber Police has become a traitor and the other members of the force try to figure out who it is before it's too late. With the future of the Cyber Police hanging in the balance, the investigation leads them to a black market operation that deals in stolen body parts.
