Synopsis
Arab-American Sirine, a 39-year-old chef in a Lebanese restaurant in Los Angeles, has never been married--or even particularly interested in men. Then a handsome professor falls in love with her, and as their romance develops, Sirine finds that she must confront questions of her national identity and family background that she has been ignoring for years.
