After his daughter (Alyssa Milano) is kidnapped by a South American dictator, retired Army Colonel John Matrix (Arnold Schwarzenegger), once the leader of a special commando strike force, swings into violent action.
Synopsis
A former military specialist wants to lead a normal life, but when a band of ruthless killers snatch his daughter he's drawn back into a ruthless underworld. The terrorists try to blackmail him into assassinating a Latin American dictator -- but this commando and his feisty sidekick have a few other ideas up their sleeves...
