Movie Description
A street-tough detective's no-nonsense approach to law enforcement is tested to the utmost when he single-handedly tackles a marauding band of psycho-bikers who strike randomly.
Synopsis
A serial killer stalks the city, and a cop -- nicknamed Cobra -- who just won't play by the rules is hot on his trail. But the mysterious killer makes one big mistake: he (or she) leaves a witness alive. Cobra, determined to protect the lovely fashion model witness, takes her into hiding. However, "the murderer" is really a covert legion of trained assassins with ties to the police force, and if Cobra wants to fulfill his mission and keep the model alive, he'll have to become an one-man army.
