Movie Description
In 21st century Berlin an epidemic of bizarre deaths sweeps the city as a steady stream of hypnotic propaganda fills the air. Each death serves to further excite Dr. M who directs the subliminal madness from a hidden fortress above the city. One man, the assassin, stands between freedom and mass destruction.

Synopsis
A mad scientist, who's also the president of a mass media network, broadcasts a series of subliminal messages to trigger a wave of suicides; a sexy spokesmodel helps disguise the content of these deadly messages. But a determined cop intends to track down the unexplained deaths that all seem to be linked to the model's travel commercials.
