Album Notes CLEDUS ENVY includes a limited bonus disc which contains a parody of Faith Hill's Breath. Cledus T. Judd has been around the block so many times with his parodies of contemporary country hits that you'd think he'd be in danger of running out of ideas. As CLEDUS ENVY shows, the Weird Al Yankovic of Nashville is far from running dry. You've got to admire the sheer ingenuity of anybody who can offer up a version of the bluegrass standard "Man of Constant Sorrow" (centerpiece of the multi-platinum O BROTHER WHERE ART THOU? soundtrack) as the leech's anthem "Man of Constant Borrow" and put a cherry on top by adding a hip-hop beat! On the rest of the album, everyone from Faith Hill to Brooks & Dunn gets Cledusized. Equally impressive, though are the self-penned tunes, such as "If George Strait Starts Dancin'," a light-hearted plaint about the over-commercialization of country music wherein ol' CTJ lovingly bites the hand that feeds him
