Synopsis Vampire/detective Jack Fleming is back in this tale of 1930s Chicago. Following the repeal of prohibition, a violent war between rival gangsters from Chicago and New York is threatening to break out in the Windy City. The problem is that no one, including the police, seems to care who gets caught in the crossfire, and Fleming must come to terms with his own demons while trying to forestall the conflict.
