Cheech and Chong, the amiable potheads from UP IN SMOKE, are on the loose again and Los Angeles may never be the same. Following the same picaresque form as their first film, NEXT MOVIE chronicles the random misadventures of the aging hippies as they wreak havoc on a massage parlor, squire a wealthy matron around town, and try to collect welfare.
