Movie Description Before the makers of KING KONG took on what would become their most famous work, they travelled to Siam, now Thailand, to film the delicate story of a family of farmers who have struck out and settled on the edge of the forest. Being so close to the jungle, they are in constant danger from the many wild beasts who inhabit it; leopards, tigers, bears. In one of the more thrilling scenes of cinema history, the filmmakers record a massive stampede of elephants.
