Movie Description
A traveling carnival is the background for this sexy drama. Excellent performance by Foster as the young romantic interest of both Busey and Robertson.
Synopsis
A look at the grit and glitter of carnival life. A teenage girl enters the life of two partners: a clown who sits in a cage screaming insults at midway passersby, and a hustler, who stands out front collecting money from marks eager to dunk the clown in water. She runs away from home and rides along with them to the next venue, eventually creating controversy and jealousy between the two.
