Movie Description Two wacky, cynical Los Angeles vice cops are forced to bust small-time drug addicts and hookers because their superiors are being paid off by the big guys.
Synopsis Los Angeles vice cops Michael Keneely and Patrick Farrell want more than anything to put crime boss Carl Rizzo out of business for good. To accomplish this, the detectives will gladly stoop to just about any level. But their methods anger police brass and irritate Rizzo so much that he has himself beaten up and then frames them.
Will Keneely and Farrell get their man despite the many obstacles in their way?
